We live In an increasingly unstable and anxious culture. One in four women in our 40s and 50s is now on anti-depressants. The search for peace of mind and glimpses of joy is popping up everywhere in response.  

Joy Wins provides another way to soothe your soul, release tensions and arrive at a place in which you are able to be more receptive to joy.

WHERE JOY WINS IS NOW: Ingerlene Frick is distilling her hard-won joy-finding tools and philosophies to fashion a coaching program, workshops , classes (online and in-person) as well as retreats. In all its iterations, Joy Wins will provide a safe, nurturing space in which to breathe, explore and learn.  
Tapping into the healing powers of creativity, Joy Wins gatherings often involve creating "process art" - perfectly imperfect pieces created without the end in mind: Created for the process - for what they can reveal, what they can release, what they can heal as we engage our creative selves and communicate who we are in ways that words cannot touch.
